1. Scope & Relationship to SaaS Platform

• Public Website Scope: These Terms apply strictly to casual visitors, prospective clients, and users browsing our public marketing pages or interacting with our public Sales Chatbot.
• Separation from SaaS Application: Access to and use of Nojumi’s legal technology SaaS platform, AI practice management tools, matter analysis tools, and registered account environments are governed exclusively by our separate Cloud Services Agreement. Interacting with this public Website or the Sales Chatbot does not grant you access to the SaaS application or create a customer relationship.

2. Public Technical Sales Chatbot

Our Website features an automated, artificial intelligence-powered Sales Chatbot designed to assist website visitors with technical pre-sales inquiries, product feature information, pricing explanations, and general workflow demonstrations. By interacting with the Sales Chatbot, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive business data.
• Personally Identifiable Information (PII), confidential client data, or protected health information.

• Third-party copyrighted works (including court decisions, database excerpts, headnotes, or legal articles) without authorization.

(d) Chatbot Input Processing: You grant Nojumi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, log, store, and process any text or queries you input into the Sales Chatbot solely for the purposes of answering your inquiries, improving chatbot accuracy, training AI models, and enhancing site performance.

(e) No Duty of Confidentiality: Information submitted to the public Sales Chatbot is non-confidential. Do not submit sensitive legal or practice details through the public sales chat interface.

Nojumi is a software technology vendor and is not a law firm, legal practice, or provider of legal services.
