Subscription Terms

Nojumi has two tiers of subscription: General Subscription Plans and Practice Area Subscription Plans.

To access Nojumi’s Practice Area Add-Ons, you will need to be subscribed to one of Nojumi’s General Subscription Plans.

Once subscribed to one of Nojumi’s General Subscription Plans, you will automatically be subscribed to the Basic subscription plan for all of the available practice areas.

The Basic subscription plans for our practice areas do not have a monthly fee, and as such, you will only be charged a one-time pay-per-use fee when creating a matter in that practice area.

You have the option to upgrade your practice area subscription and commit to a monthly fee for that practice area in exchange for lower pay-per-use pricing.

All prices are subject to HST.

You will not be required to commit to a contract and can cancel at any time upon 30 days’ notice. We guarantee the offered pricing for a period of one year.

You can also change your practice area subscription at any time upon 30 days’ notice.
