In the settings configure a service schedule and a fee schedule for your minute book matters and instantly generate retainers setting out your fees and the services included and excluded in detail. Send the retainer to the client using Nojumi’s e-signing service.

Client Intake

Save time on client intake by sending the electronic minute book intake form to the client via email. You are also able to send intake forms to each of the shareholders or directors so that each person can enter their own information.
