Using our Electronic Minute Book solution, solicitors can easily put together an electronic minute book for a Corporation, whether it is a newly formed entity, or one with years of corporate history. Our Electronic Minute Book is extremely detailed and allows you to record a wide range of details about a company, from the initial share capital structure with differentiated class attributes to corporate restructuring and amalgamations.

While many corporations used to maintain their records in physical minute books, more and more companies are turning to electronic minute books, which are easier to put together and maintain and can be shared with others more seamlessly.
