The ILA Manager allows you to generate a custom retainer agreement and send it to the client for e-signing directly from within the platform. You can pre-configure the scope of the retainer for ILAs in the settings to clarify what is and is not included .

Obtain the ILA documents through upload requests. Once the documents are uploaded, use the preview feature to review them and send them to the client for e-signing directly from Nojumi.
