Electronic Minute Book

Nojumi’s Electronic Minute Book assists solicitors with seamlessly maintaining the corporate records of a company digitally and with putting together and obtaining minute book documents for Ontario and federal companies. We distinguish between electronic minute book preparation and physical minute book generation as we acknowledge that sometimes solicitors don’t want to generate minute book documents and only wish to maintain the records of a company digitally for KYC purposes.

Retainer Agreement

In the settings configure a service schedule and a fee schedule for your minute book matters and instantly generate retainers setting out your fees and the services included and excluded in detail. Send the retainer to the client using Nojumi’s e-signing service.

Client Intake

Save time on client intake by sending the electronic minute book intake form to the client via email. You are also able to send intake forms to each of the shareholders or directors so that each person can enter their own information.

Automated Emails

Configure standard email templates in the settings and send customized correspondence to shareholders, directors or officers in only seconds. You can also configure the attachments to the email templates.

Document Generation

Generate the minute book documents and correspondence with the client in seconds. Upon reviewing and approving the documents, you can send them for e-signing directly from within Nojumi without the need to prepare the documents for e-signing.

Automated Scheduling

Schedule your client signing and other meetings with Nojumi's scheduling feature. The client will be provided with your availability to select from taken directly from your calendar. If more than one staff members are to attend a meeting, their joint availability is provided to the client.

Reporting

Generate a reporting letter to the client summarizing the incorporation details of the company as well as the further developments in the minute book. You can e-sign the reporting letter directly from within Nojumi and send it to the client via an automated communication.
