The sale closer assists a real estate solicitor with closing a real estate sale transaction. From automating the retainer process to electronic intake to preparation of the statement of adjustments and generation of all closing documents and automated communications with clients and other parties, the sale closer has been built to make a real estate lawyer’s life easier.

Retainer Agreement

The sale closer gives you the option to use Nojumi's prospect management tool for the client intake. You are then able to generate a retainer agreement and send it to the client directly from within the platform.

Client Intake

Save time on the client intake by sending the closing intake form to the client via email. You can also use Nojumi's built-in ID Verification and source of funds intake to obtain the required information to maintain compliance with the law society rules.

Automated Emails

Configure standard email templates in the settings and send customized correspondence to clients, realtors and solicitors involved in your transactions in only seconds. You can also configure the attachments to the email templates.

Document Generation

Generate the standard closing documents and correspondence with the client and the other parties in seconds. Upon reviewing and approving the documents, you can send them for e-signing directly from within Nojumi without the need to prepare the documents for e-signing.

Automated Scheduling

Schedule your client signing and other meetings with Nojumi's scheduling feature. The client will be provided with your availability to select from taken directly from your calendar. If more than one staff members are to attend a meeting, their joint availability is provided to the client.

Teraview Instruments

You can generate the draft transfer in Nojumi, export it into XML and import it into Teraview. You will no longer need to create the instrument in Teraview from scratch. You can also generate a document registration agreement to be sent to the buyer's lawyer for execution.
