Nojumi’s Prospect Management Tool allows real estate lawyers to define a formula for their closing legal fees that varies with factors such as purchase price or loan amount. They can also select the formula provided by the Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate. The tool is interactive and is meant to be used by the prospects of the law firm. When a prospect provides the required information, they are sent an automated detailed written quotation on the basis of the selected formula. The text of the quotation is fully customizable by the lawyer and can include a description of services, when additional fees may apply along with any disclaimers that the lawyer may wish to add.
